What data we process

hachihachi.sk has no registration, forms or online orders. We only process personal data when you email us, for example with a question or a job application. In that case we process what you send us: your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message, including your CV.

Purpose and legal basis

Replying to your message: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Hiring: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

How long we keep data

We keep regular correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request. CVs are kept for the duration of the hiring process and deleted afterwards, unless you agree to let us keep them for future openings (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw this consent at any time by email; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.

Recipients

The site is hosted by Websupport. On every visit the server automatically records technical data (IP address, time of access, requested page, browser type) in server logs used to secure and operate the site (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These logs are processed by the hosting provider. The site uses no cookies or analytics tools.

We receive emails through Gmail, provided by Google, which processes the data technically on our behalf. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. You can also lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).
